Does she report her income from the sale of her dogs to the IRS?</div> <div> They use deceptive business practices. They claim all their dogs are health tested. One dog that was bred by Windrock named Windrock Viva Las Vegas has been advertised as being health tested for hips, eyes, and heart at the time he sired a litter. His pups are well over 1 year of age and still there are no health clearances. Windrock attempted to defraud a person seeking a greyhound from this sire, a dog that did not exist and still does not exist. The contract with this person was breached by the Fritzlers. Numerous people that have had the misfortune of dealing with the Fritzlers have witnessed animal abuse executed by Kim Fritzler. Numerous people having contracts with Fritzler, have had them breached by Fritzlers. Missing testicles, bloat, mitral valve disease, seizures, vicious temperaments, GVD, wry bites, etc. are all found with veterinary evidence in the Windrock Greyhounds all health issues publically denied by Kim Fritzler of Windrock. Kim Fritzler does not honor her contracts and does not replace dogs or refund people back their money for a Windrock Greyhound or deal gone bad. The evidence is overwhelming!</div> <bR> <div> There is a great lack in genetic testing done at Windrock, Inc. greyhound kennel in Clifton, Colorado. While Kim Fritzler bashes people on the subject of genetic testing Windrock, Inc. does not practice what they preach! Here are just a couple of examples. A litter born at Windrock, Inc. on August 24,2006 sired by Windrock Viva Las Vegas out of Windrock Mamma Mia. This litter was and dogs continue to be advertised as both parents being health screened. Check out the OFA site. The sire 'Vegas' is not listed up to this point in time as having any health checks done! Another example is a recent litter whelped on September 10, 2007 at Windrock, Inc. is sired by Sobers Ippolito out of Windrock Angel In Disguise. This litter was bred when the sire (Sobers Ippolito who was born on December 3, 2005) was only 19 months old and the litter born when the sire was only 21 months old. Please note that the minimum age for OFA hip clearances is 2 years of age (or 24 months of age). </div> <bR> <div> Again, the most recent litter whelped at Windrock, Inc. was whelped on December 13, 2007 is sired by Sobers Ippolito out of Windrock I've Got A Secret. This litter was bred when the sire was only 21 months old and he was just 24 months and 10 days old when the litter was born. </div> <bR> <div> It is simple to do the math! So this means that at Windrock, Inc. they routinely advertise their dogs as being health checked when they are not or are too young to be screened! They want to talk about 'TRUTH IN ADVERTISING'! The sire that she boasts 'Everyone in America is raving about' well, all of the greyhound people who have seen him are laughing about his ugly head and light 'headlight' yellow eyes, sickle hocks and his poor movement! </div> <bR> <div> It is only the unsuspecting general public or her cronies that will be getting defrauded on these puppies from Windrock, Inc.! The experienced greyhound folks will not touch them.</div> <bR> <div> Further, Windrock Inc is currently being sued for breach of contract in the amount of $90,000. There are several people that are finalizing their upcoming lawsuits against Windrock for their breach of contract and fraud by the hands of the Fritzlers of Windrock Inc. </div> <bR> <div> Kim Fritzler claims that people are slandering her and libeling her. However, taped phone calls and numerous emails from Kim Fritlzer herself, show irrefutably that Kim Fritzler routinely defames AKC licensed judges, other breeders, members of the Greyhound Club of America, other peoples dogs and so forth. Slander and libel are NOT when it is the truth!</div> <bR> <div> Kim Fritzler falsely advertises her dogs as being this and that, and frankly, the AKC website and the OFA health database, clearly show that her claims are false. </div> <div> Kim Fritzler has intimidated and threatened people and their dogs into silence about her activities for years. However, of late, everyone that has been defrauded, lied to, had contracts breached, witnessed animal abuse, seen her showing dogs at specialities while she is out on workman's compensation from her job for a back, leg, neck injury, etc are coming forth with their evidence.</div> <div> Kim Fritzler of Windrock Inc has even infringed on a well established company's name, incorporation, and copyrighted rights that has been well-established since 1989 called Windrock Inc located in Tennessee.</div> <bR> <div> Kim Fritzler has repeatedly created ids and logons and posted inflammatory, derogatory, slanderous statements to various public websites, and email groups. In some cases, she has even come on here as herself and posted slanderous statements about someone who had a dog from her lines that was indeed a greyhound with a missing testicle. Kim Fritzler is up in arms about this because it reflects badly against her lines of Windrock. She does not want it known that her lines have problems. Kim is all about image, lying and being deceptive IS a part of her image as is fraud, abuse, identity theft, being a con-artist, threatening people and their dogs.</div> <bR> <div> Let's talk about the greyhounds that Kim Friztler 'eliminates' from her breeding program. What exactly does she do with all those Greyhounds when they reach 8 years old, or don't turn out to her liking? Well, they disappear that is what happens or they have very odd 'life-ending accidents'. </div> <bR> <div> Dog abuse: She uses cattle prods on the dogs that attempt to jump fences, she beats dogs when they wont hold a show stance during training, she will withhold food from dogs for a few days that upset her, she hoses down dogs with ice cold water that have accidents in their crates, she strangles dogs with leashes. Her kennels are not air conditioned or heated for the dogs. Veterinary care: stapling a dog's injuries with a staple gun from her husband's toolbox is not considered veterinary care. </div> <bR> <div> Kim Fritzler, repeatedly cons people into buying greyhounds from Europe that she offers to keep and promote, and these people pay and pay for everything while Kim Fritzler keeps the dogs and breeds the crap out of them, never lets the co-owners who have financed the dogs show career, ever permitted to actually have the dog. Kim Friztler runs up all kinds of 'supposed expenses' so she can finance herself to attend dog shows and coursing events.</div> <bR> <div> Kim Friztler is all about Kim Fritzler. She is all about image. She will do anything and say anything to win and if it means intimidating people and threatening their lives and their dogs lives, then that is what she will do.</div> <bR> <div> Kim Fritzler is currently being investigated by several entities for the fraud she has perpertrated during her SHORT stint of 10 years in Greyhounds. </div> <bR> <div> Kim Friztler was run out of Afghans years ago.
