Your Dead" and hung up the phone.   Of course,  she figured her phone number would not show up on caller ID any more than her IP address shows up on her nasty internet posts or her name shows up using aliases and phony addresses.   A simple google of the number produced Kim Fritzler, Windrock, windrock@bresnan.net.   After calling my local police, I was told to record her threats and add them to a package of her email threats and I will be presenting that to the Sheriff's Department tomorrow.</div> <DIV ALIGN="LEFT"></DIV> <div> <IMG SRC="1912d2130.jpg" border=0 width="466" height="787" ALIGN="BOTTOM" HSPACE="0" VSPACE="0"></div> <div> A google search of 970-270-1300 produces:</div> <div> <IMG SRC="1915face0.jpg" border=0 width="506" height="462" ALIGN="BOTTOM" HSPACE="0" VSPACE="0"></div> <div> Then there was this hatemail threat using "Elaine" but signed by Kim Fritzler.</div> <div> <IMG SRC="190a20850.jpg" border=0 width="800" height="389" ALIGN="BOTTOM" HSPACE="0" VSPACE="0"></div> <bR> <div> Fritzler evidently does not understand that when she writes her hatemails and all of her posts using aliases and she calls with threats of violence, her Internet provider address shows and her phone number shows on caller id. </div> <bR> <div> I guess she will never learn.   </div> <bR> <div> Once again, had Anne Sheridan not sold me the Windrock bred cryptorchid five month old male Greyhound for show and breeding and then refused to take him back, none of this would have happened.  Had Kim Fritzler not bred his cryptorchid producing mother Windrock Chynna Doll and all the dogs behind him that can be found under <A HREF="id177.htm" TARGET="_top" TITLE="FRITZLERS LEGACY"><U>Fritzler's Legacy</U></A>, I would not even know these people.  It was all their doing, not mine.</div> <bR> <div> Shame on me for wanting a nice Greyhound male for Christmas 2007 and shame on them for selling me a dog missing a testicle whose pedigree is fraught with deadly health issues and conformation defects.   A missing testicle should be the worse thing anyone ever gets in their Windrock Greyhound, but unfortunately, there are so many worse things - <A HREF="id177.htm" TARGET="_top" TITLE="FRITZLERS LEGACY"><U>Fritzler's Legacy</U></A> shows all.</div> <bR> <div> As of December 2008, I was ready to quit all of this, but Fritzler has escalated her abuse of her victims on her own two hate webpages trashing anyone she has victimized who has stood up to her.  If she didn't keep escalating this, then the contributors to this page would stop.</div> <bR> <div> We are all sick of it and her, but she's like a rabid dog and she just doesn't stop, so the collective group of old and new contributors, continue to answer her post for post.  </div> <bR> <div> What a pity and a terrible waste of time.</div> <bR> <div> If Fritzler spent half her time taking care of her dogs that she spends creating aliases and trashing people on her own webpages (while whining about this page) her dogs would be much better off and perhaps she would have changed her breeding program so that some Windrock Greyhounds lived to ripe old ages. </div> <bR> <div> Here's hoping the March 10, 2009 REAL  Breach of Contract TRIAL puts an end to Fritzler's abuses and abominations.   Just waiting on the outcome to reveal the specifics.  This isn't small claims court, folks, it's the big time.</div> <bR> <div> Fritzler LOST!   The judge found in favor of the Plaintiff and Fritzler signs off the dogs and pays Plaintiff, Cathy Marzulf.  Fritzler and Summerhill have been warned not to "bad mouth" the Plaintiff, so if anyone sees any posts about anything having to do with her losing trial on March 10-11 with 500 pages of transcripts (80 of Fritzler's alone babbling about herself in the third person), please notify Judge Anderson's Court Clerk at the Laramie County Courthouse in Cheyenne, Wyoming.  Fritzler will be in contempt of court.  Not that that matters to her, but it will if she's put in jail where she belongs.  This was a six figure breach of contract lawsuit and FRITZLER LOST!!!!!!   Want to hear something really funny?   Elaine Summerhill was a character witness for Fritzler!  How's that for the black kettle standing up for the teapot!!!!!  And did we mention FRITZLER LOST!  Signed off dogs (which Fritzler doesn't care about) but had to pay damages to Plaintiff.
