</B></div> <div> <B>Kimberly Ann Fritzler LIED to the San Antonio police and there is now a record of it!  A complaint about death threats and her own cybercrime have been filed with the Mesa County Sheriff's Office.  Please contact the webmaster of this page for direct contact information and the case number if you'd like to add any of your own Fritzler's abuses to the complaint, including all of her many violations of the State of Colorado Penal Code.  None of the many contributors to this page have done anything TO Fritzler, but they have all been victimized BY Fritzler.</B></div> </td> <td valign="top" height=380 BGCOLOR="#FFFFFF" TEXT="#080000"> <div> <I>LYING TO THE POLICE!</I></div> <div> November 2, 2009 1149AM.  Fritzler is guilty of lying to the police which  is criminal misconduct and Kim Fritzler is GUILTY AS CHARGED.  Kimberly Ann Fritzler, Kimberly Fritzler, Kim Fritzler,  had the audacity to call the San Antonio Police Department with a conjured up story about harassment.   Her lies are based upon what she is doing to others with her hate pages and harassing emails.  She has once again projected her own atrocities on to others she has victimized.    She told the SAPD lies.  The officer she lied to acted upon Fritzler's  lies and is now having a discussion with his own supervisor about his misconduct.   It is she who is guilty of criminal misconduct, lying to the police and violating Colorado cyberstalking laws.   She never told the officer about her victims or the atrocities perpetrated at Windrock against Greyhounds and against her many victims with Windrock prematurely dead Greyhounds (like the one that just dropped dead at two) or about her trash and hate pages she has written about her victims.</div> <bR> <div> She lied to the police and there is now a record of it.  She has broken Colorado law and legitimate complaints will be filed. </div> <bR> <div> This website is an expose by many many many contributors and owners or former owners or buyers or potential buyers of Windrock Greyhounds whose dogs died prematurely or have the many conformation defects and deadly health issues with which Fritzler's pedigrees are fraught and which are Fritzler's Legacy.  It is not a gossip rag.  The content is backed by pictures, advertisements, owner's own actual experiences in letters and through veterinary reports as well as reporters' newspaper articles and attorney's letters.  There is nothing in this page that is not backed by documentation provided by the many contributors who have been victimized by Fritzler. </div> <bR> <div> The whole story of Fritzler's Police Fraud together with pictures, will be forthcoming.  She is guilty of lying to the police as well as harassment under Colorado law and this will be pursued to the extent the law will allow. </div> <bR> <div> Lying to owners and buyers is one thing.  Lying to the police is quite another.  This was a very BIG mistake on her part. </div> <bR> <div> Kim Fritzler is guilty of violating Colorado harassment laws with her abusive and hateful emails and fraudulent filing of complaints on others with Animal Control, The Health and Environment Services office, and the San Antonio Police Department, all of which are documented and lead back to Fritzler's phone number, address and/or IP address (when she breaks the law anonymously).  She now has a documented history with multiple official agencies in Texas.   There are also the <B>death threats</B> documented  herein.  <IMG SRC="190a20850.jpg" border=0 width="800" height="389" ALIGN="BOTTOM" HSPACE="0" VSPACE="0"></div> <bR> <div> None of Fritzler's victims have done anything to her, but went to her with hopes of obtaining a spectacular Greyhound.  What they got was anything but as evidenced by<A HREF="id178.htm" TARGET="_top" TITLE="Fritzlers Circus of Horrors"><U> Fritzler's Circus of Horrors.</U></A></div> <bR> <div>    </div> </td> </tr></table></body>
