It seems as if Tricia Perkins  is really Tricia M. Bingham according to the person who forwarded this information and that she and her former husband killed their 18 month old baby, and Tricia was even court-martialed not only for that but also for <I>lying and making a </I><I><B>“false official statement in a murder investigation”</B></I><B> </B>about what had really happened to her baby. Just like she is lying again now on websites about the Great Dane, Tiergan, that was adopted to her. </div> <bR> <div> Some of the members of an online chat room that Tricia used to be a member of in the year 2000 are horrified that she seems to be disseminating numerous lies on the internet as she did before. They remember the story of what Tricia had said and done before. Basically, the facts are (<I>and each quote is direct quote from a chat room participant</I>) that <B>"Tricia covered up and lied about the death of her child. She was actually lying and telling false statements as her 18 month old baby was being murdered and before even bringing her to the hospital." </B></div> <bR> <div> "There was an AOL Great Dane Chat Room that a group of people were on every night, including Tricia. <B>It was discovered on this Chat Room that Tricia had lied about the death of her baby and actually participated in the chat room conversation at the very time her baby was killed by her husband and </B><I><B>before</B></I><B> bringing the baby to the hospital.</B>" <B>"It was so overwhelmingly awful"</B>, said one of the participants.. "Her husband killed the baby and she had another child at the time, a little girl named "Portia." Of course, just to make sure that they were talking about the same person, her adoption contract was researched and it was found that she does have a child named "Portia." The new baby was Portia and the new baby had to go live with the grandmother in las Vegas while Tricia and her husband went to jail for the murder of their previous 18 month old child named "Molly." "Molly" was cremated and Tricia went to jail. Unfortunately, she was eventually let out."</div> <bR> <div> All of this information is directly quoted from people who have first hand knowledge of this situation: "We were all on line in the Chat Room and Tricia came on the chat line saying that she had just gotten back from somewhere and she was so upset that her child had died and<B> she told everyone a completely fabricated story about what happened when in reality, her husband had smothered the baby and she was lying to all of us - lying to all of her online friends - as it was happening! We were horrified, this is a very EVIL person!</B><I><B><U> And now when we saw what was written here, we realized who she was and that she had done it again! History is repeating itself and she is lying to everyone online again and fabricating another story. </U></B></I><B><U>It was later determined that she was online while the husband smothered the baby </U></B><B>- she told everyone that the baby was in the toddler bed and she rolled over in between the wall and the mattress and that was how she sufficated ...... She told everyone that the baby rolled over and got wedged between the wall and the mattress and suffocated and that was what she alleged to everyone. And </B><B><U>she said it with such false upsetment and conviction that we all believed her....just as she seems to be doing now about this poor dog and who knows what they did to him! </U></B><B>Many of us sent donations and baked cookies and were crying our eyes out for her and the poor baby.....UNTIL however,</B><B><U> a big investigation was done and the truth was discovered that at the point she was "chatting" with us, that was when the husband was killing the baby or had just done it and they had not even taken the child to the hospital yet. </U></B><B>We were amazed and horrified. </B><B><U>Maybe if the baby had gotten to the hospital when it happened, maybe she could have been saved, but no, Tricia was chatting away with us as the baby lay there dead or near dead with no one to help save her..... She was telling us that she just got back and in reality, she was actually sitting there in that house with that dead baby who was not even taken to the hospital yet or really 'legally pronounced dead' and there she was "chatting online!!!!. What more can anyone say."</U></B></div> <bR> <div> <B>"We all believed her and felt sorry for her, but then we were all visited by NCIS, the Naval Central Intelligence Service</B>.<U> </U><B><U>Then the truth all started coming out</U></B><U>. </U><B>The NCIS is a militay organization like the FBI. The NCIS wanted to take all the computers of people talking on the chat room and they did and they examined them and compared the times that the conversations were taking place versus what Tricia was telling them - and it came out that the child was not eating or something like that and the father took her out of her baby chair and she would not stop crying and he put something over her head and smothered her. We could not believe it - They looked at all of our the computers and took information and copies of emails and we were just flabbergasted that she told us that the baby died by acccident and instead, she was murdered - while we were talking to her - chatting online! . She was convicted and went to jail for it too." </B></div> <bR> <div> "Prior to that we were all online "friends" and someone in our group was even thinking about adopting a Great Dane to Tricia and having it shipped to Hawaii for her, but we had problems there too -<B> with neglect and abuse and this final act made us realize that she was very bad news. We tried to make excuses for the other thing that happened with the dog that we did not wind up sending her because of the conditions of her other dog - but it is sad that we did not see the signs of abuse in the dog that she had at the time or we may have been able to tell someone that might have been able to save that child.</B> You see when we were trying to ship a dog to her in Hawaii, we knew a breeder there of Great Danes who we asked to do a homecheck. This was a reputable breeder of fawn Great Danes in Hawaii who went to do a home check and said "NO WAY!" and that her home and living conditions were disgusting! The fawn breeder in Hawaii was asked to do a home check because she was a breeder and she would have people come by to do home inspections and it was horrendous what she found. She stated that Tricia had an Afghan Hound and the name of the dog was Comeya Maya - and that dog had to be taken back because he wasn't being fed and not cared for well by them and that the living conditions of this poor dog were so bad that none of us would give her a dog even before this incident happened. She had bought him from a pet store and could not even care for that dog,"</div> <bR> <div> "Naval Central Intelligence Services talked to everyone involved. And the NCIS determined that at the time her child was being kiilled or just afterwards, Tricia was on the computer typing in the chat room and <U>they took all of our computers and analyzed what time she was typing and she was on the computer talking to her Great Dane girlfriends about losing her child and they officially determined that she had not even brought her to the hospital yet! </U>"They are evil, that is what they are", the person who sent this information said, <U>"They are beyond evil, especially Tricia. To watch her baby be killed and then go right online to chat rather than take her to the hospital and try to save her!!?? And to be ready to fabricate a story like this at the very time the crime was occurring like she fabricated this story </U>- what woman in her right mind would stand by her husband who killed an innocent baby? - She stuck by him through the whole thing and she said would stick by him while he was in jail and maybe her new husband does not even know all this. <B>This is not a big deep dark sercret, this is public knowledge!</B></div> <bR> <div> "Everyone sent her donations to where she was flying in to have the baby buried in Los Vegas and where her mother lived,. And here she is abusing a dog and fabricating a story again - history does repeat itself! Sadly to the detriment of the her victims, I am praying that someone is watching her closely so that this does not happen again with her current kids or dogs! What a horrible person! Clearly ,she has real mental problems to do the things that she does and lie so brashly and convincingly as if it were the truth! We believed her. But she was put in jail as punishment - but who would do such a thing in the first place? It seems that type of person could do it again. There are Great Dane people in Hawaii who would no longer speak to her. Poor Tiergan, he never had a chance and now I hear she has another baby too................."</div> <bR> <div> <B>As quoted from the articles sent which are included below this message, "Tricia M. Bingham, 22, was charged in March 2000 with making false statements regarding the death of her 18-month-old girl. She also was charged with conspiracy and obstructing justice. and Tricia "</B><B><U>pleaded guilty to making a false official statement in the murder investigation</U></B><U> </U><B><U>into the suffocation death of her 18-month-old daughter” and therefore “admits perjury in the murder case.</U></B><B>" For murdering their 18 month old child, her husband got 35 years in prison and she was court martialed and got 5 months in prison. </B>Anyone who would have the nerve to lie and make a false official statement in a MURDER INVESTIGATION, certainly is capable of the lies and false official statements she is making her in the case of Tiergan’s death. Sadly, this woman is bad news and she doesn't deserve to have a dog adopted to her! Obviously it was very true. The dogs are beautiful at GG and in great health, and now Tricia Perkins Bingham, convicted felon, someone who has already made false statements in the case of her daughter’s murder and has perjured herself, wants to change the truth and make it seem like Tiergan was not as healthy and beautiful as her original email states. So, why would she say she was naming him "Tiergan because he IS strong and is settling in fast and doing GREAT and that all the dogs were so beautuful?" Was she lying then or now? No, Tiergan DID come to her and her husband healthy and in great condition, just as all GG dogs do, and just as Tricia so clearly said in her email to GG. His leg did not function perfectly, but it was good enough. It definitely helped him and did NOT hinder him. He got around great and could have lived a happy, normal life if he had not been adopted to her. He was living at GG in the house with all the other dogs, he slept by the bed and was clean and beautiful. He was so capable with his leg that he was able to use it to stand up on both legs and put his paws on people's shoulders. He jumped around and played like a puppy. </div> <bR> <div> He had no infections, he was in great shape, happy and just waiting for a home of his own but having a great time with the others at GG and was loved and cared for and happy. And all of Tricia's baloney about saying that nobody wanted to see Tiergan was also a lie. Tiergan was shown for adoption the first time on that night,. He had just been neutered a few days before and had not been ready for adoption prior to that point. He was neutered on April 4th and was adopted on April 11th. </div> <bR> <div> After letting Tiergan get infected, Tricia changed her story since it was she and Marc Sayer that had caused this poor sweet dog to become infected, and then to lose his leg and ultimately his life. His leg and all of him looked great at GG. He did not even have a scratch when he left GG. He never had a "Bloody Stump." He was vet checked and in perfect health and left to go home with them just one week after leavng the vet. Did you see any reference to a "bloody stump" in her email  to GG? </div> <bR> <div> Obviously NOT because of course, it did not exist. Any infection or illness came long after he left GG and was caused in Tricia's home and was not treated by Tricia and she and Marc made Tiergan wait more than a month for treatment. Marc Sayer first informed Jeannie Laub that Tiergan had an infection on 5/1/2005, a month after being adopted from GG but he did not get Tiergan to Jeannie until 6/11/2005 - more than a month after he knew there was a problem and more than two months after leaving GG. Even Jeannie asked him why he let this dog sit there infected for a month and he told her that the Adopter, Trisha, did not want to pay to care for him because they had spent a lot of money caring for their other dog. Remember that this is the same person who let her baby sit there dead or almost dead in her home while she went online to fabricate a story about how she died, instead of imediately taking her to the hospital to be possibly saved after she was suffocated by her husband.</div> <bR> <div> Tricia cannot even tell the truth about anything. She has now written posts stating that "First off, we paid over $800 to adopt Tiergan and bring him into our home," yet her adoption fee was $350.00. Why is she lying about even this? She is misleading everyone reading and cannot even tell the truth about this simple fact. And she says all of her little and big lies with just as much conviction. Here is another lie that she was just caught in making and is easily disproved. Tricia has just recently stated "<U>Only one email was sent to the Wards inquiring about the Saint Bernard and it was acknowledged in my original testimonial statement about Tiergan. It was written the weekend we adopted Tiergan. Besides follow-up requests for vet care records, we had no further correspondence with the Wards.</U>" </div> <bR> <div> >From the GG website (<I>it has been there now for more than a year)</I>, you can see two emails from Tricia asking for information about "Snuffy" the Saint Bernard, not only one email as she falsely states. And in addition, there were phone calls and always, she stated that Tiergan was doing very well and they were happy with him. In addition, Tricia was given Tiergan's neuter and rabies certificate along with her contract. When she called to ask for his X-rays, she was given the number of their vet to call because the vet keeps the dog's X-rays. The vet was instructed to give Tricia a copy of the X-rays if she were to call. She never did call. So, Tricia Perkins has lied again as you can now read two, not ONLY ONE, email to GG about how great Tiergan was doing and about adopting "Snuffy" the Saint Bernard, and there were more too so Tricia cannot even tell the truth about something as minor as this easily verified point. Why would she say she "really enjoyed playng with the dogs and meeting Tracy and Burt, unless she did have a good experience - until she neglected this sweet dog and took it out on others rather than realize it was caused by her actions. </U></div> <div> Now she writes under the email address of "Jynxed" so be careful when you read her emails and draw your own conclusions. Sadly GG was not made aware of her past history or they would NEVER have adopted to her and would have saved their sweet dog from all of this. Possibly her pattern of prior abuse of a child led to this.......Clearly her pattern of prior lies and perjury have led to her lying again here, changing the story to cover up her own guilt for not treating this dog and for then conspiring with Marc to try to hurt GG in a false effort to make it seem like they themselves were not at fault for Tiergan’s suffering, which of course, they were and never acknowledging or explaining to anyone why her very own emails to GG state that she has “never seen such a beautiful bunch of furkids” as she saw at GG if she really did not mean it. Obviously there is no need to explain because she did mean it at the time and now just wants to lie about what really happened to try to make it look like something was wrong that clearly was NOT. If there was anything wrong with Tiergan like a “bloody stump,” it would have come up. It did not come up because it did not exist at the time of adoption.</div> <bR> <div> As a result of this information, GG will be trying to figure out how to even better screen so that child murderers will never again have a chance to adopt a dog from them. Right now, GG has one of the toughest screening Adoption Applications whereby an Adopter has to answer about 14 pages of information before they are approved or dissapproved and they have VERY strict qualifications, which I may add are very good ones for the lifetime protection of their dogs. And Tiergan would have been protected too if GG would have been called and would have been allowed to save him. GG looks at these dogs as members of their family and they screen their adopters more carefully than most to make sure that their dogs are only in the best of homes as inside members of the family where they are happy and safe for life..They are now working on adding a new section to their application and their contract wherby a person applying to adopt would have to sign under penalties of perjury, that neither they nor any member of their family, had never committed crimes nor were jailed for a crime. Of coure, it is clear that Trisha would have likely perjured herself and made a false statement about this too, but maybe her new husband Jeremy would have told the truth, who knows. Tiergan may have been alive today if they had a section like this in their contract.
